We utilize our proprietary tools and databases (eg: Student Data Dashboard, TOUT and Career Wise) to help students at any stage of the college application process.

Founders, Alan Bisarya and Vikram Wadhwani, bring over 10 years of combined teaching and coaching experience and 8+ years of management consulting experience. Both have worked with high school students helping them improve their academic performance, uncover their passions and aid the individuals in the college application and selection process. Prior to their work as college advisors, both had held jobs as strategists at top management consulting companies working with executive level personal.

Alan holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University and a Masters in Education from Harvard (#1 program in the US). He is known for his ability to bring out the best in people by uncovering and nurturing their individual strengths. - Alan has taught Positive Psychology at Harvard where he was nominated for the prestigious Joseph R. Levenson Memorial Award for Excellence in Teaching - Alan has taught 10th grade geometry to kids in the urban high school setting - Alan recently coached the 8th grade basketball team at his old high school / middle school. Before Alan assumed the position of coach the team had a record of 1 win and 9 losses. Under Alan’s guidance the team went undefeated (10 – 0); a clear illustration of ability to motivate, inspire and relate to children - In high school and college Alan held multiple student leadership positions, a testament to his leadership abilities

Vikram, a University of California Berkeley and Mission San Jose High School graduate has over 9+ years of teaching experience combined with 5+ years of college coaching experience. He has taken an active role conducting college research to help clients find the right fit. He has been involved in college recruiting for several years and have worked with students at Harvard, Rice, University of Pennsylvania, Penn State University, UC Berkeley, Rice, Stanford, and Yale. Countless parents have approached Vikram and sought his advice on how to make their children more successful in high school and how to best prepare their child for college. He is known for his ability to motivate his students and help them think about their future career.
